(79/185) 183 - XML Plugin : accessibility from java mode

Would it be possible to get access to "Characters to Entities" command while editing javadoc in a java file ?
I usually use entities like é, which are OK with javadoc and a bit more readable than numric entities, but I think both can do the trick.

I intend to make "Characters to Entities" and "Entities to Characters" available in all edit modes.
Then, the buffer has not been parsed by XML Sidekick, to escape non ascii characters to their numerical entity and < & > to their escaping.
Any comment ?

I don't intend to work on this.
